Through the years we who are a part of the Christian community often have questions about God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. Most of us have either said or heard someone say: “When I get to heaven the first thing I want to ask God is why are there so many different denominations? Or, how come You did not make it more plain when You were dealing with the issue of government in the church? Or, what about those who do not accept your way of salvation?”

Our list of questions we want to ask God could go on and on.

Michael Lawrence’s drama Interviewing God has a fascinating way of asking the hard questions that many of us would like to ask. The answers the female news correspondent receives from God are from His Word, which the Lord inspired the prophets and apostles to write.

The theme that is uniquely woven throughout the interview is concerning God’s plan of creation and redemption of His covenant people.

With his giftedness in writing, Lawrence holds the reader’s attention, even for those who may not totally agree with his conclusions. The interview is reader-friendly and challenges us to think through God’s responses, with the Scripture references conveniently placed on each page.

This special edition of PRESENT TRUTH is a unique and timeless writing every Christian will treasure. The elders of Abundant Life Covenant Church, along with Mike Lawrence and his wife Nell, trust this special gift will be a blessing to you and your loved ones in Christ.
